What is covered, what is not, and how to request a refund for a digital license key.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a license key you bought from Artiligen cannot be activated and our support team cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a replacement key or a full refund for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Contact us with your order number, the product and the exact error message; a screenshot of the activation screen helps us act faster.

What is not refundable

Because a license key cannot be returned or resold once it has been revealed, we cannot refund keys that have been successfully activated, keys purchased for the wrong product or edition where the correct one was clearly described on the product page, or orders where the customer simply changed their mind after the key was delivered. If you bought the wrong edition and have not activated it, contact us before activating and we will do our best to exchange it.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank; PayPal refunds are usually immediate.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve almost every issue faster than a chargeback process, and we respond to every dispute with the delivery record.
