Fix the three most common problems yourself

The delivery email has not arrived

Search all folders for “Artiligen”. Gmail often files order emails under Promotions or Updates. If your payment went through more than 30 minutes ago and there is nothing, contact us with the order number and we resend the key immediately.

Windows says the product key did not work

Check that the key matches the installed edition (Settings > System > About) and retype it carefully: O and 0, B and 8, S and 5 are the usual culprits. For a Home to Pro upgrade, use Settings > System > Activation > Change product key, not the Microsoft Store.

Office shows Unlicensed Product

Another Office or Microsoft 365 installation is usually still signed in. Uninstall the trial, close every Office app, open Word and use File > Account > Change Product Key again. Still stuck? Send us a screenshot of the Account page.
