Windows 11 Pro and Windows 11 Home

Open Settings > System > Activation.
If Windows is not activated, click Change product key (under “Upgrade your edition of Windows” for a Home to Pro upgrade).
Enter the 25-character key from your email and click Next, then Activate.
Windows connects to Microsoft and shows “Windows is activated with a digital license” or “Windows is activated”.
For a new PC, download the Windows 11 ISO or Media Creation Tool from the official Microsoft link in your email, create a USB installer, and enter the key during setup when asked. You can also skip that step and enter it in Settings afterwards.

If something goes wrong

Error 0xC004C003 or “This product key did not work” usually means a typo or that the key was entered on a different edition (Home key on a Pro install). Check the edition under Settings > System > About and the key for mistakes such as O versus 0 and B versus 8. If the error persists, send us the code and a screenshot.

Office 2024 Home & Business, Professional Plus, Word 2024, Excel 2024, Visio 2024 and Project 2024

Uninstall any Office or Microsoft 365 trial that came with the PC (Settings > Apps) and restart.
Download the installer from the official Microsoft link in your delivery email. For Professional Plus, use the Office Deployment Tool configuration we send; for the other products, the download starts directly.
Run setup and wait until it says “You’re all set”.
Open Word (or Excel, Visio, Project), go to File > Account and click Activate Product or Change Product Key.
Enter the 25-character key, click Activate, then close and reopen the app. File > Account now shows Product Activated and the product name.

If something goes wrong

If File > Account shows “Unlicensed Product” after entering the key, close every Office app, run the activation step again as an administrator, and make sure no other Office or 365 installation is still signed in. If a Confirmation ID prompt appears, follow the phone activation steps in the email or contact us and we will complete it with you.

Windows Server 2025 Standard and Datacenter

Download the Windows Server 2025 ISO from the official Microsoft link in your email and create a bootable USB with Rufus or the Windows media tool.
Boot from the USB and install Windows Server 2025, choosing the edition that matches your key (Standard or Datacenter) and Desktop Experience or Core.
After the first sign-in, open Settings > System > Activation and click Change product key, or run an elevated command prompt: slmgr /ipk YOUR-KEY then slmgr /ato.
Activation completes online within a few seconds. slmgr /xpr confirms “The machine is permanently activated”.
Client Access Licenses (CALs) are a separate Microsoft requirement for users or devices connecting to the server and are not part of any Windows Server key.

If something goes wrong

If you installed the evaluation edition, convert it first with DISM: dism /online /set-edition:ServerStandard /productkey:YOUR-KEY /accepteula (or ServerDatacenter), then restart and activate. Error 0xC004F069 after a successful install usually means the edition in the ISO does not match the key.
