Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing country and the details of the products you bought. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe or PayPal, never by us. Our web server and analytics record standard technical data such as IP address, browser and the pages you visit.
How we use it
To deliver your license key and activation guide, to provide support, to prevent fraud, to comply with tax and accounting law, and, if you opt in, to send occasional product emails that you can stop at any time.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the store: our hosting provider, payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), email delivery and analytics providers. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. See the cookie policy for details and how to control them.
Retention
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete your account and any data not needed for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion, and object to marketing at any time by emailing support@artiligen.com. Residents of the EU, UK and California have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA, which we honor.
