Delivery policy

How and when your license key is delivered.

Digital delivery only

All products are digital license keys. Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping charges and no customs or delivery delays.

Delivery time

Keys are emailed automatically within minutes of payment confirmation, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In rare cases a payment is held for review by the card processor or PayPal, which can delay delivery by a few hours; you will be notified if that happens.

What the email contains

Your 25-character product key, the official Microsoft download link for your product, and a link to the step-by-step activation guide. Keep this email: you will need the key again if you ever reinstall.

Email not received

Check spam, promotions and updates folders and search for Artiligen. If the email has not arrived 30 minutes after payment, contact us with your order number and we will resend it to the same or a corrected address.

Worldwide availability

We deliver to customers in the United States and worldwide. Keys are not region-locked unless stated on the product page.
